Digital Product Template Policies

These policies apply to all digital templates sold through this website, including but not limited to Canva, Notion, and Squarespace templates. By purchasing a template, you agree to the following terms.

01. Instant Access

All templates are delivered digitally and are available for instant download after purchase. No physical items will be shipped.

02. What’s Included

Each product listing clearly outlines what's included — such as templates, instructions, and bonus files. Please review the product description before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

03. How You Can Use It

Your purchase includes a Commercial License, meaning you can use the template:

  • For your own business

  • For one client project

You can’t:

  • Resell or redistribute the original template files

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Offer the product as a template or editable file to others

  • Use it for multiple clients or resell it in any form

If you'd like to use a template for more than one project, please purchase an additional license.

04. Template Access + Tools

Please make sure you have access to the required software (e.g. Canva, Notion, Squarespace) before purchasing. These platforms may require a free or paid account to access and use templates properly.

05. Support

We offer limited support for template setup and use, as outlined in the product description. We do not provide customization, tech troubleshooting, or platform-specific training unless specified. Please reach out if something isn’t working as expected — we’re happy to help if we can.

06. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of templates, all sales are final. Refunds are not available. If you believe there’s been an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
